1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

Returns or replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received a wrong item that differs from what you ordered

No returns or replacements are accepted for reasons such as change of mind, design preference, or custom-made jewelry.

2. Return Request Duration

You must raise a return or replacement request within 2 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

3. Process for Return / Replacement

  1. Contact our support team at Jewelsoflove27@gmail.com with your order ID, reason for return, and product images showing the issue.
  2. Once approved, our team will arrange for a pickup or guide you through the return process.
  3. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and authenticity cards intact.

If the returned item meets our inspection criteria, you will receive a 100% refund of the product value or a replacement as per your choice. Refunds will be processed within 3–4 business days after product verification.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry
  • Items damaged due to customer handling, misuse, or wear after delivery
